These terms and conditions govern the use of the Automano service, a platform for used vehicle analysis by artificial intelligence.
Purpose
Automano provides an online service for visual vehicle analysis, price estimation, and VIN history verification. The service is accessible via the automano.com website and associated mobile applications.
Access to service
The free VIN decoder is accessible without registration. Purchasing reports and Premium subscription require creating an account with a valid email address.
Pricing and payment
Current prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. Prices are shown in euros including VAT.
Refund
Any report can be refunded upon request within 7 days of purchase. Premium subscription can be cancelled at any time, without pro-rata refund.
Liability
Automano provides automated analysis for informational purposes. The user remains solely responsible for their purchase or sale decision. Automano does not guarantee detection of all damage and recommends a professional mechanical examination before any purchase.
Intellectual property
All elements of the Automano service (software, algorithms, interface, content) are protected by intellectual property law.
Applicable law
These terms are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Paris courts will have jurisdiction.
